This academic year, NEOMA Business School is strengthening its faculty with 25 new professors from 10 different nationalities. Their expertise, aligned with the School’s areas of excellence, will contribute to developing NEOMA’s research and its overall impact. At the same time, their pedagogical skills will enhance the learning experience for students across the School’s programs. The recruitment of these high-caliber academic profiles underscores the attractiveness of the School’s strategic vision and its recognition for academic excellence both in France and internationally.
NEOMA Business School announces the arrival of 25 new faculty members from 10 nationalities. All hold a PhD and are spread across the School’s academic departments, joining a faculty that now includes 210 permanent professors representing 40 nationalities. “We are delighted to welcome these new professors, who bring diverse profiles ranging from early-career researchers to experienced and well-recognized academics,” says Delphine Manceau, Dean of NEOMA Business School.
These recruitments will be instrumental in continuing the growth of research at the institution, structured around four areas of excellence: The Future of Work, The World We Want, The Complexity Advantage, and AI, Data Science & Business. The number of research articles published by NEOMA’s faculty has increased 2.5 times over the past five years, with 86% featured in international academic journals. “We have selected profiles that combine innovative teaching approaches with cutting-edge research.
